About us. |
Why We Exist
Education in Central and Eastern Europe is broken - not because of the students or the teachers, but because of the system surrounding them. We see talented young people who are eager to learn but are constantly tested rather than taught. We see dedicated educators who spend more time on paperwork than in meaningful interaction with their students, restricted by outdated curricula and administrative burdens that stifle creativity and passion.
Meanwhile, leadership in too many institutions remains out of touch, failing to support the very people who make education possible. The result? Brilliant minds - both students and teachers - are being held back by bureaucracy, corruption, and mismanagement.
We founded the EduLayte Foundation because enough is enough.
What We're Building
Starting in Poland and expanding to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Estonia, we're creating programs that put students and teachers first. We believe in learning that inspires curiosity, not anxiety. We support educators with the resources, professional development, and freedom they need to teach effectively. And we're building cultural and sporting initiatives that connect young people to their heritage while opening doors to new experiences.
The EduLayte foundation was established in January 2026 by the founder a teacher who has witnessed first-hand the gap between what education could be and what it has become. We're just beginning, but we're determined to make a real difference - one program, one school, one community at a time.

We need partners, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who share this vision. If you believe that students deserve better than constant testing, that teachers deserve respect and support, and that education should inspire rather than restrict - we want to hear from you.
Together, we can build something better.
